Hot water in the service houses is included and you only pay for the electricity you use. Reading once per month and you are billed afterwards.

Winter season 3/11 - 11/4 24/25
The price is SEK 6950 SEK excluding electricity.
During this period, there is no water and sewage to the site.
The plots for the winter season are located in Norrviken.
