Daftö's contribution to the Jontefonden and Sweden's sickest children

Yesterday, Feskekörka in Gothenburg was filled with people who, in one way or another, wanted to contribute to the vital work of the Jontefonden, for children who need or have undergone an organ transplant and their families. Emma Hermansson, marketing manager at Daftö Resort, was there to hand over a large sum of money from Daftö and its guests.

The value of the check was a total of 100,463 SEK and comes from all the deposits made in the Pantamera containers over the year.

"We work with joy and it feels very nice for us to contribute that to those who cannot visit us, due to illness. We have seen up close what the Jontefonden does and continues to do for the families, and therefore it feels natural to choose Jontefonden as the beneficiary of the value of the deposit," says Emma.

In addition to the financial contribution that the deposit provides, Daftö contributes in more ways to the work of the Jontefonden. This includes welcoming youth camps among other activities.

Thank you to all the guests who have chosen to place their deposits in our Pantamera containers and who have done a good deed for both the environment and for children and young people waiting for or having undergone an organ transplant - and their families.

The gala dinner raised a total of 720,000 SEK and this is money that will truly make a difference. We are proud and grateful to be able to contribute to the vital work of the Jontefonden.
