Pool area at Daftö
Just like the Daftö pirates, we love the sea and water in all its forms. Here, you'll find three pools with pirate ships, waterfalls, water cannons, slides, and lookout towers. Board a pirate ship in the adventure pool and splash your friends or siblings with the water cannon.
The pool area at Daftö Resort in Strömstad
The pool area is located past the reception, the shop, and Restaurant Packhuset, and is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm from Mai 28th to September 7th. Here, refreshing and adventurous swims can be combined with food and drinks at the outdoor terrace of Restaurant Packhuset.
The pool is heated and expected to maintain approximately 25 degrees Celsius, but depending on weather conditions, the temperature may vary.
Children under 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult inside the pool area.
OPENING HOURS AND ADMISSION PRICE FOR THE POOL AREA
If you're staying at the resort and visiting the pool area:
The entrance is included in the accommodation price.
If You're Visiting Daftö and the Pool Area for the Day:
You don't need to stay overnight at the resort to enjoy the pool area. Visit us for the day and combine swimming with activities like visiting Daftöland, dining at Packhuset, and playing adventure golf.
Day visitors can purchase pool entrance for 90 SEK/person.
Combine pool time with accommodation
In addition to the pool entrance between 10-20, a wide range of activities is included in the accommodation price, and you can stay however you like – in the Pirate Hotel, cottage, camping, or guest harbor.
Water aerobics
Start your day with energy and joy – at 08:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the summer weeks, we offer aqua aerobics in the pool area. The class is suitable for all levels and is perfect for both body and mind. Included for all staying guests, no registration required.
Recharge with energy
New for this year is a new pool bar located next to the Packhuset restaurant. Here, you can take a break from swimming and recharge when hunger strikes or cool down with a cold drink or ice cream.
Pool party
Join the Daftö Pirates for a Pool Party. Dance and sing with water splashing in time to the music – no raincoat or umbrella will help here. The Pool Party is at 1:00 PM in the pool area every day from Monday, June 23 to Sunday, August 10.
